eConsult is the most widely used digital triage tool in NHS primary care.
Concept and illustration design for eConsult.
I created the droplet metaphor to symbolise the patient entering the NHS triage system, being caught by caring hands and then transported to the right doctor. This droplet animation is used for eConsult’s website and on-site interactive screen for patients. Illustrated by Mia Underwood, animated by Sheepfilms.
